Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) is an accurate way of producing complex 2D and 3D shapes, in conjunction with 2D or 3D models supplied by the customer .We offer services in holes, slots, and profiles.

Rotadata work with difficult to machine materials including Nickel Based Alloys, Hastelloy, Titanium, Single Crystal Alloys and other exotic materials.

From CAD models and drawings supplied by the customer, we use our own in house software to produce a highly accurate (+/- 0.002mm) wire path to ensuring the exact design supplied by the customer. Rotadata are an ISO9001 accredited company, offering design and manufacture, project management and collection and drop off services for all our machining products.
