TURBINE OPTICAL PYROMETRY SYSTEMS - PROBE CALIBRATION

Any measurement system’s accuracy and measurement uncertainty are a result of many factors, none more significant than its calibration. In order to achieve the class leading measurement performance of Rotadata’s Rotamap systems, the calibration should be done in a controlled environment to understand, validate and characterise the performance of the complete measurement chain.

Rotadata have the facilities, experience and in-house capabilities to conduct this work to the highest standard on behalf of clients. This benefits clients as we simply supply a calibrated probe with a digital calibration file to be loaded to the DAQ system as and where required. As this reduces the resource requirements within the test and development teams on site it ultimately reduces cost, time and risk from a clients program.
