Rotadata provides software to operate and control the entire Blade Tip Clearance system. The Blade Tip Clearance system configuration and real time display forms the heart of the BTC technology. It has been designed from the ground up using extensive knowledge, gained over many years in developing measurement systems.

Rotacap’s philosophy of operation alleviates the need for a Blade Tip Clearance expert to operate it in order to generate consistent results. It simplifies the general application and has achieved a plug and play system which allows teams to obtain high quality measurement data with ease.

One of many unique features of the software is to provide a measurement uncertainty figure throughout the probes working range based upon acquired data rather than mathematical assumptions.
