CNC Milling

Our CNC VMC works either by manual programming, or offline programming directly from 2D or 3D models supplied by the customer. Rotadata can also offer bespoke services including small batch work and fast turnaround of bespoke machined parts. We also provide in house 3D design and manufacturing of tooling and fixtures. Our expertise and facilities allow for difficult to machine materials including Nickel Based Alloys, Hastelloy, Titanium, and other exotic materials.

Our machine is loaded with the latest work holding equipment to give the best machining accuracy. It also has a magazine which can hold up to 12 tools at once to allow for multiple set-ups to reduce turnaround times.

We offer services in drilling holes, tapping and 2D or 3D profiling. We are an ISO9001 accredited company, offering design and manufacture, project management and collection and delivery services for all our machining products.
